checkIfNotEqual	true	will force version compare also for smaller versions (allows FW downgrade)
skipMetaCRC	true	will skip CRC check in metainfo
checkAllUpdates	true	like full SWDL - all packages will be selected
EnableUserDefinedSWDLMode	true	Allows User SWDL without enabling it from SWDL/Green Menu
